We have an appointment booked with BRVP but need to cancel/rearrange; how do we do this?

If you need to a cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee will be charged. Please refer to your appointment letter for the fee. If you would like to reschedule your appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice, please contact the office for vet consultations and the rehab team for rehabilitation appointments.
