Make a Behavioural Referral
If you wish to refer a patient, please use the referral form below.
Once a referral has been received an email will be sent to the caregiver, please ensure that the email entered on to the form is correct. Once we have been in contact with the pets caregiver, it can take up to a few weeks for them to be seen by one of our vets. Please can you advise caregivers of this timeframe when submitting a referral.
If the case is urgent, please send an email to office@brvp.co.uk and we will try our best to process the referral sooner.

Make a Veterinary Physiotherapy Referral
If you wish to refer a patient, please use the referral form below.
We are currently accepting physio referrals for canine patients. Once we have received the referral, a member of the team will contact the pets caregiver to arrange an initial assessment.
