Nutracalm

Nutracalm should be given once daily. Nutracalm is a nutritional supplement which contains L-tryptophan, an amino acid used to make Serotonin which has effects on mood, sleep, memory as well as aggression and anxiety. It also contains GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric-Acid) which is thought to have an anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) and arousal-lowering (improving drainage) effect. Another component is L-Theanine, a precursor to Dopamine. There is a lack of specific scientific evidence for this product but anecdotal reports suggest that it can be beneficial.
